The Goodrich Management Group was founded to assist property owners and developers in finding efficiencies in their HVAC energy usage. With our years of experience in supplying and managing equipment for new construction projects through Equipment Direct Sales, we recognized the value of new technology and what it can do for bottom line energy usage and maintenance costs. Outdated, inefficient equipment is a major pain point and massive expense to constantly fix. By retrofitting old equipment with new higher efficiency models we are saving the hassle of fixing old units while providing a better finished product.
